Manufacturing electrical inboard and outboard motors
Electric drives with inboard motors have been built since 1990, outboard motors since 2008. From the beginning, these aquawatt products have always been leading due to their high quality, high efficiency, and exceptional performance. Currently, there are four outboard motor models from 4-50 kW and five inboard motors from 4.3 -50 kW. A system has been developed where as many commercially available parts as possible are used, without the need to manufacture them in-house. For example, many parts of the outboard motors have compatible dimensions to Yamaha. So far, these outboard motors have been sold to many different countries. These are Norway, Sweden, France, Germany, Italy, India, Mauritius, Sri Lanka, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Croatia, and Austria. In all these different climatic regions, the aquawatt motors have proven themselves excellently. The aquawatt products are fully saltwater resistant, unlike other manufacturers. The different climatic operating conditions have already been considered in the development.
Currently, there are 5 models from 4.3 to 50 kW. In use from Australia to the Pitztal Glacier. So far, about 200 pieces have been built.

These are absolutely safe lithium iron phosphate batteries with a special battery management system. What is currently being developed in the automotive industry with great effort has been functioning at aquawatt for years. aquawatt systems operate in a safe voltage range, avoiding high life-threatening voltages. From 48 –180 Volt, 160 – 600 Ah with digital battery management system. Housings in aluminum or plastic. Nickel manganese cobalt batteries for fast glide boats.
